Anxiety triggers and causes

As I am digging more on this topic there are a lot of triggers and causes that can "unlock" anxiety panic attacks.

For some people they start later in life, in their 30s-40s. Some are based on Biology and Genetics and some are based on environment.

Symptoms of anxiety:

  1. Uncontrollable worry
  2. Fear
  3. Muscle tensions
  4. Rapid heard rate
  5. Sleep problems
  6. Concentration problems
  7. Psychical discomfort
  8. Restlessness
  9. Irritability

Some of the Biology/Genetic triggers are:

  1. Health issues
  2. Medications
  3. Caffeine
  4. Food ( skipping meals or overeating )

Having a health issue that is completely out of your control can led to depression and anxiety because of the feeling of hopelessness.  Having a food related triggers like starving or overeating is hard to manage until the specific feeling passes. One of the persons a care the most is very susceptible to this specifically when its the feeling of overeating and its greasy. On that aspect i try to catch this before it became a problem but its hard when its not your body to scan at.

Environment thinking:

  1. Negative thinking
  2. Financial concerts
  3. Conflict
  4. Stress
  5. Personal triggers

For the environment there are a lot of external and internal triggers. For example the news that a was is staring like in Ukraine. Triggered a massive spike in anxiety and depression more for countries that are close to it. Many articles are written about how to cope with it. But that's not limited only to wars, many people are more empathic to specific animals or group of people.
